As a Chief Financial Officer you will serve as an essential member of HCI Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The successful candidate will actively participate in making strategic decisions affecting the entire organization. In partnership with other members of SLT, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization by regulatory guidelines and enhancing the operating effectiveness of the organization.
As a Fundraising Officer, you will be HCI’s focal point of contact in the community with the goal of increasing brand awareness, building partnerships, and raising funds for causes that matter.
As a program officer, you will work closely with the Senior Programs Officer and Programs Manager to deliver project-related activities and will also work in collaboration with other community partners.
You will represent HCI and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increasec ompany visibility within the surrounding community
As a fundraising assistant you will be required to support the fundraising team. Youw ill also be responsible to participate in all fundraising activities, solicit donations from donors, processingd onations and organizing special events.
You will provide support to the Donor Care Department in researching the technical side of the donor care’s CRM system and how to create efficient ways to navigate through certain programs to aid creating better donor relationships
