Help Gaza, Let Gazans breath campaign
Gaza has recently been the focus of international attention after several humanitarian aid workers and peace activists who tried to enter this area to deliver much needed medical and housing supplies, were killed. This is a tragedy for humanity and it is a tragedy for groups like us who are on the front lines of providing humanitarian support to war-torn areas.
HCI is extending its support to Gazans in this time of hardships facing them. We are gearing up our efforts and mobilizing our workers and volunteer core to deliver direly needed food supplies in the rare window of opportunity through Gaza's Rafah border. Initially, food aid package worth $100,000 is being procured to provide immediate food aid. However, our target is to raise an amount of half a million dollars for this cause.
Sending yet another massive package of medical aid worth $1 million dollars is HCI's next plan.
Gaza is an unfolding catastrophe for humanity. At HCI, we believe in the value and dignity of all human life and will continue contributing to the world community and reaching out to those who are in desperate need for assistance.
