Humanitarian Crisis in Waziristan, Pakistan

Tens of thousands of innocent people from Waziristan, Pakistan, are caught in the cross-fire. Close to 120,000 people have become internally displaced. This number is expected to double within the next few days.

HCI Canada has already advanced funds to HCI Pakistan to start relief work. Our personnel are already on the ground helping the victims, distributing food and non-food items.

In addition to aid being given to individual families, assistance must be extended to hospitals, schools and other such facilities due to strain they will come under with large influxes of people.
