Heavy floods in Pakistan have killed more than 1,600 people. It washed away bridges, flooded the villages and triggered landslides, cutting off hundreds of thousands. HCI’s relief workers are working hard and distributing relief aid to people trapped in the submerged areas. Our medical team is providing medical aid to the victims.
HCI Canada has already advanced funds to HCI Pakistan to provide food packages, shelter, health and hygiene items.

Since HCI is a registered charity, Charitable Registration Number: 107497125RR0001, all donations will be matched dollar-to-dollar by the government of Canada (CIDA) till 3/Oct/2010 midnight. So all donations will be doubled. Please note that Oct 3rd is an extention of the previous deadline (Sept/12th) that the government has announced earlier.
