Lebanon Emergency

Lebanon’s Darkest Day: Hundreds Lives Lost in a Single Day of Violence

Lebanon is facing an unprecedented crisis, hundreds of people tragically killed and more than 700 injured in a single day. Many of the victims are women and children, caught in the devastation caused by relentless Israeli airstrikes. Entire neighborhoods have been wiped out, with over 24,000 homes either badly damaged or completely destroyed. Families in southern Lebanon are being forced to flee for their lives, seeking safety and refuge wherever they can.

An Escalating Humanitarian Emergency

Lebanon has been battling ongoing conflict for over a year, but this latest wave of attacks has pushed the country to the brink. Over 116,000 people have already been displaced, and with continued airstrikes, many more families are being driven from their homes, left with nothing. The country’s economy is collapsing, essential services are failing, and urgent aid is needed now more than ever.
